lo ultimo que esta de color rojo es lo que agrego para que supuestamente despues se vea mi cometchat pero no aparece en ningun lado de mi foro nose porque?¿ en que estoy fallando? o que me falta?

Así debe de ser, te aconsejo lo coloques en headerinclude de plantillas sin grupo.
