Si quedo, ahora esta en la parte de arriba, pero no esta recuadrado con los bordes plomos

Envuelve el {$usersbrowsing} así:

Ya esta encuadrado pero quedo con espacios.
Mira la plantilla que se llama algo como showthread_usersbrowsing y quítale el <br />.
