Editando la plantilla postbit que utilices. Podrias postear una imagen ?

Busca la linea {$post['useravatar']}
Y asegurate de que no tenga mas de un <br /> a continuacion de esa frase...

Sino postea el contenido de esa plantilla asi te decimos mas especificamente.
