URL no Redirecciona

Tengo el siguiente problema mi foro http://midomio.com no redirecciona(o al reves) a
http://midomio.com/
http://www.midomio.com
http://midomio.com/index.php

tengo el Cookie Domain
.midomio.com

No pongo link al foro porque el contenido no es apropiado(incluso páginas como woorank y otros más me notifican de esa falla que incluso lo toman como contenido duplicado), pero abajo dejo mi htaccess; ayuda por favor estoy deseperado Huh.

A ver si entiendo, necesitas redireccionar que?
Un dominio hacía otro dominio?

Creo que lo que te detecta WooRank es que no tienes la etiqueta canonical en el Index de tú foro.

Lo que pasa es que si accedo a cualquiera de estas url en mi sitio
http://midomio.com/
http://www.midomio.com
http://midomio.com/index.php

no me redirecciona a http://midomio.com.
No se como arreglarlo, soy nuevo usando MyBB. Confused

Con eso agregandolo a tu .Htaccess deberia de funcionar
