ACP>Plantillas y Estilo>Plantillas>tu tema>Cabecera o Header (dependiendo en que idioma lo tengas) > Header

si eso lo entiendo lo que no entiendo es donde ponerlo entreo a index y lo pongo donde dice header el full scrip

Panel de administracion>Plantillas y Estilo>Plantillas>tu tema>Cabecera>Header y pegas el codigo hasta el final.

Tambien puedes colocarlo en headerinclude
Panel de administracion>Plantillas y Estilo>Plantillas>tu tema>Plantillas sin grupo>headerinclude, al final
