editar plantilla showtread

Intento colocar los botones me gusta de facebook, twiter y demas en el titulo de cada mensaje o dentro de los mismos pero no lo consigo, alguien me puede ayudar.

mmm si no estoy mal lo que queres es que al apar del titulo del post aparescan los botones sociales?
