Creo que deve ser un error de codificacion en el archivo newpoints_module_meta.lang.php
seguramente hay un espacio enblanco antes o despues de la eiqueta de entrada de php...
el error dice que es en la linea 1
osea en <?php
trata de escrtibir de nuevo el archivo con notepad++ y no copies y peges todo el texto

Hola Himura mira no habia ningun espacio en blanco igual escribe el php nuevamente aqui te lo dejo si quieres ver
