el rango esta arriba del avatar (ya que a los usuarios que no tengan rango, es decir, los usuarios normales no les aparecera nada) y abajo quedan dos recuadros con Informacion y perfiles.

La firma se levanta, sube y no esta donde deberia, el titulo de primer fieldset seria informacion y que el rango ese arriba del avatar, seria lo ultimo.

Con respecto a lo del socialSites, la unica forma sería meterlo en un solo fieldset, sino, no aparecerán debido a que el plugin está configurado en otra plantilla :S
