Bájate el .htaccess a tu Escritorio, arriba de todo añade lo que te pide el programa, sube el archivo de nuevo y listo

A tu .htaccess le añadas lo que te dice el cuadrado ese amarillo del Google

Pero antes lo he añadido al principio del cuerpo del htacces.txt y no soluciona el error.
¿En que parte lo añado? ¿o lo reemplazo?
