Ya lo he solucionado abdón, gracias por todo, aún que no he podido solucionarlo con los pasos que me haz dado... igual, sigo queriendo hacer que las URL que aparecen en los subforos aparezcan con el nombre del google seo... sin embargo... les dejo la functions.php y el .htaccess con el google seo... por si a alguno le causa el mismo problema...
donde aparezca "Http://foro.allon-net.com.ar/" " lo cambian por la url de su foro (en el .htaccess

en caso de que sea un misc.php
donde aparezca "Http://foro.allon-net.com.ar/" " lo cambian por la url de su foro (en el .htaccess

en ves de aparecerles

Es porque al actualizar se reemplaza el functions.php, el de abajo ya esta modificado para Google SEO
