Tengo el siguiente problema mi foro http://midomio.com no redirecciona(o al reves) a

http://www.midomio.com
http://midomio.com/index.php
tengo el Cookie Domain
.midomio.com
No pongo link al foro porque el contenido no es apropiado(incluso páginas como woorank y otros más me notifican de esa falla que incluso lo toman como contenido duplicado), pero abajo dejo mi htaccess; ayuda por favor estoy deseperado
